Weekend courses start at 6 pm on Friday evening, with a light supper of soup and rolls available from 6.30. There will be introductions to each other and a tour of the venue at 7.30.
Breakfast is at 8 am, with optional morning meditation at 7.30. The courses end after lunch on Sunday.
Food is vegetarian and local, seasonal, and organic as far as possible. Vegan and wheat-free diets can be accommodated, provided we have advance notice.
Accommodation is in comfortable twin or double cottage bedrooms. Early bookings will be on-site, late bookings in neighbouring cottages. There are a few single rooms - early booking advisable!
Camping is also an option and includes meals.
Weather permitting, much of the course takes place outside, and there is an optional walk after lunch on Saturday. The teaching style is informal, interactive, and includes some movement as well as discussion, so that people do not have to sit for long periods at a time.
Participants are encouraged to participate in 'work meditations' to clear away after meals; this helps facilitate getting to know others in the group.
